Vegan Veggie Burger | Vegan Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped Potato
  • 1/2 cup chopped Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup sweet Corn
  • 2 tbsp chopped Carrot
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tsp minced Garlic powder or Garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cheddar powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chipotle chili powder (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (Optional)
  • 2 - 3 tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt as per taste

Step by step photo recipe to make Vegan Veggie Burger:




  • Boil potato, carrot, sweet corn, and cauliflower till they are cooked or microwave for 6 - 7 minutes.
  • Mash the cooked vegetables and add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.




  • Shape the mixture into burger patties and coat them with all purpose flour.

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame and place the burger patties in it. Let the patties cook in the pan till both sides turn golden brown.

  • Have the patties as it is or make a burger with it. 
  • To make the burger spread vegan mayo on the buns. Layer sliced cucumber, onion, avocado, Vegan veggie cutlet, and Vegan American cheese slice on top of it. Sprinkle lemon pepper or just salt and pepper.
