Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil or Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Coconut sugar or Cane sugar
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla Extract (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 6 tbsp or 3/8 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder (Optional)

Step by step photo recipe to make Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread:



  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Apply vegan butter or oil inside a bread loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a bowl mash 2 bananas with a fork. Add oil, lemon juice and water to it. Mix well.


  • Next add all the dry ingredients and mix well.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.


  • Let it cool completely in the pan before slicing.
