Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil or Coconut oil
- 1 cup Coconut sugar or Cane sugar
- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla Extract (Optional)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 6 tbsp or 3/8 cup of water
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder (Optional)
Step by step photo recipe to make Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Apply vegan butter or oil inside a bread loaf pan and set aside.
- In a bowl mash 2 bananas with a fork. Add oil, lemon juice and water to it. Mix well.
- Next add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely in the pan before slicing.
