ABOUT ME







     Hi! Welcome to Pureveggieology! I'm Saudamini Joshi writer, recipe-creator, and photographer behind Pureveggieology. I started trying out recipes as a hobby, but really enjoyed the challenging and artistic side of cooking and baking. The process of creating something flavorful from scratch is what drives me to try and recreate recipes from different cuisines. I believe the food we eat is an important part of our physical and mental well being. When we consciously choose a wide array of wholesome foods on a regular basis, we set the stage for a more vibrant, energized life. 
     I focus on using mostly whole foods, fresh seasonal vegetables, and rich aromatic spices that are easily available and provide a base for well-balanced, healthy, and flavorful meal. I strive to develop plant-based recipes that appeal to everyone whether you're a vegan or a vegetarian or if you're someone who likes to try something different. So you can count on a variety of flavors, aromas, and colors in every dish. 
     Though this is relatively a new blog and there are many more recipes to come (trying my best 😉), I hope you find Pureveggieology to be a welcoming and inspiring place!!
